Consent to the processing of personal data of customers – individuals

The User of the Website https://avtoplus-chem.com, by entering data into the feedback form(s) on the Website https://avtoplus-chem.com, accepts the terms of this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter – the “Consent”).

Website – a set of graphic, textual, photo, audio, and video materials, elements of program code, computer programs, databases, ensuring the availability of these materials on the Internet at a network address, as well as other information and results of intellectual activity of the Website Administration, contained on the Internet under the Website’s domain name.

User – an individual who has gained access to the materials, information, services, and products posted on the Website.

Acting freely, of their own will, and in their own interest, and also confirming their legal capacity, the User, by providing their personal data, gives their Consent to the Administration of the Website https://avtoplus-chem.com, LLC “Avto-plus” (TIN 3255054350), located at: 242600, Bryansk region, Dyatkovo, Kievskaya street, 38A, office 1, for the processing of their personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006, under the following conditions:

1. This Consent applies to the processing of personal data both without the use of automation tools and with their use.

2. The User consents to the processing of the following personal data:

   • Last name, first name, patronymic;

   • Contact phone numbers;

   • Email addresses;

   • Website addresses;

   • User data (location information; OS type and version; browser type and version; device type and screen resolution; the source from which the user arrived at the Website, from which site or advertisement; OS and browser language; which pages the user opens and which buttons they click; IP address);

   • Cookies;

   • Message text (inquiry).

3. Personal data is not publicly available.
4. Purposes of processing personal data:

   • Processing incoming requests from individuals to provide services and consultations;

   • Order processing and/or contract conclusion, provision of services remotely;

   • Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests regarding the use of the Website, provision of services;

   • Analyzing User activity on the Website using the “Yandex.Metrica” service and ensuring Website functionality;

   • Conducting advertising and news mailings;

   • Creating, analyzing, and monitoring the customer base.

5. Legal basis for processing personal data: Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”; this Consent to the processing of personal data; the Personal Data Processing Policy.
6. Processing actions may include: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); retrieval; use; transfer (distribution, provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.
7. By accepting the terms of this Consent, the User also agrees to receive informational and/or advertising emails from the Website Administration.
8. By accepting the terms of this Consent, the User agrees that the Website Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunication operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s order.
9. Personal data is processed until the individual unsubscribes from advertising and news mailings. Personal data processing may also be terminated upon request from the personal data subject. Storage of personal data on paper media is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 125-FZ “On Archival Affairs in the Russian Federation” and other regulatory legal acts in the field of archival affairs and archival storage.
10. This Consent is valid indefinitely from the moment the User provides their data until the processing of personal data is terminated, as specified in clause 2 of this Consent.
11. The Consent may be revoked by the personal data subject (User) or their representative at any time by sending a corresponding order or statement in simple written form to the email address autoplyus@yandex.ru, or by sending a written statement to the Website Administration at the address specified at the beginning of this Consent.
12. If the personal data subject or their representative withdraws Consent to the processing of personal data, LLC “Avto-plus” has the right to continue processing personal data without the subject’s consent if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of part 1 of article 6, part 2 of article 10, and part 2 of article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006.
